Program can be combined with Hometown Heroes which provides up to 5% of the homes purchase price in Down Payment Assistance up to $35,000.  

With each Homes for Heroes transaction money is also given back to the circle of giving to support various Hero organizations.

The Homes For Heroes program serves teachers, healthcare workers, firefighters, EMTS, first responders, police officers, law enforcement officers and active duty, reservists and retired veterans of the armed forces.
